REGIONAL DIRECTOR-BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT-PAYERS Regional Director, Payer Programs--SOUTHEAST--FLORIDA, GEORGIA


SCOPE:
Identifies, develops, and implements strategies for revenue growth and profitability with commercial payers relative to oncology disease management and other payer focused services. Generates revenue and EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes) in existing markets and creates new sales and EBIT in new markets through affiliations with commercial payers for disease management and other payer focused services. Establishes and maintains long-term relationships with commercial payers, network physicians, committees, and strategic corporate departments identifying future revenue opportunities. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Drive revenue growth through developing, implementing and coordinating focused sales and marketing plans and initiatives on a Regional and local basis. Establishes and maintains long-term relationships with commercial payers nationally, regionally and locally, identifying revenue opportunities in current and new markets
-Works with all available USON payer focused programs to package offerings into practical, executable, measurable and financially viable business opportunities, including reporting capabilities. Engage with managed care and specialty pharmacy to ensure development of solutions that are comprehensive and marketable and to ensure effective communication of what is being developed. Work with IT and call center as well as affiliated practice representatives to understand how offerings are being executed, applying knowledge to improving the offerings in the future.
-Coordinate and incorporate the expertise of finance and economic modelers to ensure development of product offerings with an appropriate ROI. Effectively manages projects, resulting in timely and cost effective delivery of product design and launch to market
-Supports development activities and provides information on potential leads and joint venture opportunities as they arise or as required. Coordinate and incorporate the expertise of network physicians, nurses and administrative resources to create the most effective business opportunities possible

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Business or Health Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline required. MBA or MHA preferred. Minimum ten years of experience in healthcare development, territory management, and/or sales in management services. Physician Practice environment experience preferred. Clinical credentials an asset.

CONTRACTS MANAGER-MEDICAL--NYC Contract Manager
This is a position open due to expanded staff. Will hire as soon as found. Reasonable expectation for professional growth. Company does have a history of promoting from within-whenever possible.

Medical Surgical Contract Operations

Responsible for negotiating contracts and maintaining vendor relations. Prepare RFP, conduct negotiations and manage agreements. Compile market intelligence and perform data analysis. Troubleshoot with vendors and provide product information/education to sales and account management teams.

Patient Care Behavioral Health. Even though this is a Behavioral Health office, prior experience in BH is NOT required for this position. However, previous home health experience in CT is absolutely required. Highly competitive salary, plus bonus.

Sr. Clinical Research Associate
Job Description
SCOPE:
Monitors clinical research phase I-IV trial activities at clinical study sites to assure adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCP), SOPs, and study protocols. Reviews regulatory documents and prepares site visit reports. Responsible for monitoring 40 to 50 clinical sites, multiple simultaneous trials, and training sites on protocol related SOPs. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for successfully leading oncology study trials and site coordinators ensuring trial adheres to study protocols, quality control, guidelines, and timelines. Independently performs monitoring visits, including pre-study site visits, study, study site initiation, routine monitoring, and study site closure for adherence to protocol and efficiencies. Reviews monthly financials for variances and resolves discrepancies.
• Participates in the development of draft protocol, draft CRFs, template informed consent and study documents. Prepares site coordinators manual, pharmacy manual, source documents, and other documentation required for the conduct of the clinical trial. Ensure documents remain current during the course of the trial. Maintain internal trial master file to ensure inspection readiness.
• Participates in the development of study specific site coordinator and pharmacy training materials. Trains site trial coordinators on regulations, policies, procedures, and forms. Collect and review essential documents for study start-up.
• Runs reports and reviews clinical data, identifies issues and trends. Reviews monitoring visit reports and ensures adherence to study protocol and timeliness. Takes corrective action to resolves issues or unfavorable trends. Escalates issues as appropriate.
• Generates and utilizes metric tools to assure study is running per time-lines and budgets as well as alerting up-line management to potential issues.
• Provides guidance and instructions as needed to site coordinators. Researches and responds to routine, non-routine, and complex inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Required Skills
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Health, Life Science or related Scientific equivalent required. At least five (5) years of clinical research trial work experience required. A minimum of two (2) years of CRA experience which must include at least two (2) years of field monitoring experience and a minimum of three (3) years of oncology experience required. Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel required).
