Pharmacy Service Sales-Ohio, IL, MI, Ind. Rapidly growing Pharmacy Service company is expanding operations; establishing new pharmacies, and has need for assertive and career minded sales/ account executives. Candidates can live in OHIO, Ind, Ill, or Michigan—and there are several opportunities available.

2-5 years of sales experience, with demonstrable success is sought, as well as an optimistic outlook on the medical industry, and knowledge of the business of Long Term Care. A background in sales of Clinical Software, or integrated technologies to the Long Term Care industry is most appropriate. Reimbursement Director This position can be located in BOSTON, Washington D.C. or in California

0ur client company works with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostic, and health information technology companies to develop new and creative approaches to business and product planning. We provide them with the information and analysis they need to be better able to respond to the dynamic nature of the heath care market. 0UR CLIENT is currently seeking a health care consulting Director for our Boston, Washington D.C. and/ or San Francisco office. This position requires an individual with a proven record of academic excellence and a strong background in healthcare consulting and management. Public health, healthcare consulting and health policy background with several years of work experience in these areas are required.

This position requires the successful individual have a sophisticated understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, health care consulting, product or company reimbursement and health policy planning.
Position overview:

Develop strategic plans; synthesize information, pricing research and market research, reimbursement research into actionable strategies and tactics to inform the development of the products and commercial plans.

Train all new reimbursement entry level associates on inpatient and outpatient coding and reimbursement. Build a training program on reimbursement.

Analyze current medical practices, competitive technologies, reimbursement policies, and other market adoption factors, consistently monitor federal and state regulatory changes that may impact the Company.

Identify and readily use databases that support research and analysis needs.

Communicate key reimbursement issues and opportunities to internal groups in both the DC and Boston offices.

Produce written reports and client ready presentations.

Advise clients on the development, approval, coverage and reimbursement of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and biotechnology products.

Develop reimbursement policies and practices

Additional Requirements:

Experience and ability to manage and motivate a team

Excellent writing skills including the ability to distill large amounts of information into usable reports and executive oriented summary documents.

In-depth knowledge about the U.S. health care environment including a working knowledge/awareness of public and private payers (Medicare, Medicaid, HMOs, etc.), as well as the current trends and challenges in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and diagnostic industry, as well as payers.

Provide leadership to a team that will be able to adapt easily to new cultures and be a successful team leader.

A background in health policy, life sciences and reimbursement policy and coding practices is required.

Strong analytical skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Graduate degree in health care discipline is preferred and prior work with CMS is essential for this candidate to be considered.

Hospice Sales - Midwest Openings in Indianapolis, CHICAGO, (3 positions) Professional Sales opportunities in assertive, well established, and compassionate Hospice organization. Locations: Chicago Southside, and Indianapolis.
Sales for a national Hospice provider. Calling on all possible referral sources including: physicians, hospitals and Long-Term Care facilities etc. Experience in medical sales to that clientele is key. Successful sales of homecare or hospice services, is most applicable.
