Directions Medical Group, Inc.’s (D.M.G.’s) goal is client satisfaction.  We provide our clients with value-added resources and with the highest quality placement services.  This is our way of doing business and remaining successful.

Our approach to client satisfaction is simple and direct:  we work with clients to help them define their requirements and to minimize any disruption resulting from an open position.  First, we work to understand our clients’ needs; then, we exceed their highest expectations.

Because of our years of experience working with healthcare providers and our knowledge of that environment, we are able to optimize the interview-to-hire ratio and to ensure the most timely process for filling the opening.

We are confident that our method works.  We have the most talented professionals in the field with access to the finest network of candidates in the healthcare industry.  As a result, we are able to make the following unconditional guarantees to our clients:

I.

If an employee we recruited and placed voluntarily leaves a Client organization for any reason within ninety (90) days from the date of offer acceptance, D.M.G. will recruit and place a Candidate to fill the position at no additional cost to the Client, provided that our fee is paid within thirty (30) days of the Candidate’s formal acceptance of the offer of employment with the client company.

II.

If an employee should be terminated due to inadequate performance, misrepresentation of credentials or breach of company policies, we will use all of our resources to find a suitable replacement professional, at no additional cost to the Client, provided that we are notified in writing within five (5) days of the termination date. This applies only to the replacement of the identical position and provided the employee is not released as a result of budgetary constraints or other restructuring that may result in the position being eliminated or delayed for an infinite period of time.
