The Placement Process

The placement process is quite simple.  It usually begins with a telephone conversation in which you can inform our staff of your interests, qualifications, and job specifications - including salary, benefits, location, type of organization, and position level.  From there, the search can begin.  We will contact you with information regarding appropriate opportunities.  It’s that simple!

When you are interested in pursuing an opportunity we will make all arrangements for client contact, including telephone and on-site interviews, follow-up questions, and offers. When you have interviewed with a company we want to hear your feedback right away; we ask that you call immediately afterwards so that we know your thoughts on the opportunity and can take the next steps efficiently.  When the organization is ready to make you an offer, we will handle the negotiations to achieve a win/win situation for all parties.
