Richard Harding,
President
Mr. Harding has been in executive search since 1978. Prior to
assuming his role at Directions Medical Group, he was President of Halyf
and Associates, where he specialized in placing regional and national
sales professionals and managers in various industries. As a Regional Vice President for Sales World, Inc., Mr. Harding
managed 40 executive search professionals in offices in Boston,
Cleveland, Detroit, and Chicago; these professionals placed sales people
in healthcare, information technology, and other industries. He was responsible for opening the Cleveland office for the
company, and grew it’s revenue to more than $1 million in two years.
Mr. Harding earned a B.S. in Public Relations and
Marketing at Boston University. “Our
mission at Directions Medical Group,” he states, “is to provide our
clients with service that consistently exceeds their expectations.

Michael J. Agen, Vice President
Michael brings 25 years of sales and sales management expertise. He has
held senior business development, sales, and operation roles for several
national health care companies. Involved with the provision of
contracted health care services he has built strategic relationships
with managed care organizations, as well as acute and post acute
networks. Michael was also the co-founder and President of New Solutions
Group, Inc., a healthcare management and placement firm which merged
with Directions Medical Group in the Spring of 2000.
Martin Toczylowski
Martin Toczylowski joined Directions Medical Group after more than
twelve years of successful professional recruiting in executive sales and
marketing. He started his recruiting career with Sales World, Inc., and
for the past eight years has headed up Professional Placement, Inc. in
Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
Prior to his recruiting work, Marty was a stockbroker for Shawmut Bank
and an Airline Executive with Capital Air. At Directions Medical Group,
Marty will provide a consistent presence for our Clients located in
Southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod, where he resides. He will also
continue to utilize his recruiting experience in Sales and Marketing
management people on a National basis.
A graduate of Boston College, with a B.S., in
Finance, we are extremely pleased to have Martin as a part of our team.
David
Trinks
David Trinks has been a
Consultant Recruiter for Directions Medical Group since 1998. His
experience and specialty is in Clinical Pharmacy and Operations
Management which provides a networking capability that is recognized on
both a National and Regional basis.
He lends expertise in areas
that include Pharmacy Management (home care, hospital, L.T.C.), Durable
Medical Equipment; Retail Operations; Reimbursement, Material
Management, Inventory and Quality control.
David also maintains his own Pharmacy Consulting
Business, T.C.G. Inc. in Franklin, Massachusetts.
Vanessa Freer
Vanessa Freer joins Directions
Medical Group after over seven years of recruiting and general human
resources experience. Most recently, she comes from a division of Davis
Vision, one of the largest vision care providers in the northeast where
she recruited for all levels of the organization. Vanessa graduated from
Le Moyne College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and
Human Resource Management. She has since worked for such organizations
as Philips Electronics and Eastman Kodak Company in the recruiting and
training field.
Karen Koltov
Karen has been with Directions Medical Group since 1998. She has spent
many years in the management of office operations, computer technology;
record keeping; customer service and supporting all of the company’s
recruiters across the country. Karen has also been successful recruiting
in the areas of financial, nursing and pharmacy candidates. |
