Process
Your Executive Account Manager/Search Coordinator
will then personally and extensively interview, screen, reference check,
and pre-qualify all referred candidates and present only the most
qualified candidates to you.
Candidate
Preparation
Your Executive Account Manager will be responsible
for professionally preparing all candidates prior to their interview.
All candidates will be well informed of specifications of the
position, company background/culture, and expectations.
Interview
Follow-Up
Directions Medical Group’s formal debriefing of
both candidates and employer after all interviews helps to clearly
identify the match and to determine the next step in the hiring process.
Reference
Checks
Reference checks will be performed by your Executive
Account Manager. When
requested, the references will be formally prepared and forwarded to you.
Negotiations
Beginning with the initial interview, we participate
in every stage of the hiring process; i.e. salary negotiations, employment
date, relocation, potential employer counter offer.
Finalization
Due to our attention to detail throughout the entire
placement process, we can assist you - our Client - with making accurate
